Wouldnt be the first time. Didnt Appy and Kelly play each other for state once?
Yea I think they did in 2000. They played at Salem though.

I don't know but they had them there for several years. I'm thinking I watched Kelly play at least three times there. It was a nice location- not too far to drive and plenty of seats/parking.
Yea it woulb be awesome to see both LPD scools make it to the final, but it is unlikely. With Floyyd County being as strong as Kelly was in 2002, if noone remembers that is the year they went 30-0, it is highly unlikely that Kelly will win this weekend. Especially witht he absence of Brewer.
But Good Luck to all the LPD teams in the state tourney this year.
And the reason it is not played in Salem nemore is because Richmond placed the highest bid 2 years ago and now the Tourney will be played there for the next 8 years.
